Sooper Water Mineral Pack

Sooper Water is the water mineral pack that I use for brewing coffee (not for espresso). It's something that I've tailored to my tastes over the years through trial and error and I'm very proud and happy with it. These are personally tailored to 2 gallon, 3 gallon, or 5 gallon water jugs. Each order comes with three packets of your chosen size.

For filter/pourover coffee use. NOT FOR ESPRESSO!

Instructions

Dump into (depending on selection) a 2, 3, or 5 gallon water jug and fill with deionized or distilled (must be distilled or deionized) water. Leave overnight and then shake.

If planning to make a concentrate, I recommend weights of 140ml for each two gallon packet, 200ml for each 3 gallon packet, and 350ml for each 5 gallon packet.
