Sooper Water Minerals Pack

Sooper Water are the water minerals that I use for brewing coffee (not for espresso). It's something that I've tailored to my tastes over the years through trial and error and I'm very proud and happy with it. These are personally dosed to make a 500mL concentrate, which is enough for 10-11 gallons (more or less depending on your desired hardness).

For filter/pourover coffee use. NOT FOR ESPRESSO!

Instructions

Dump into your suitable glass bottle and fill with 500ml deionized or distilled water. Leave overnight or longer and then shake. Concentrate is ready once solution is clear. Store in fridge and shake before use.

When mixed with 1 liter of deionized/distilled water, I like to mix 12-12.5 grams of concentrate. If you have a TDS meter, you can tailor to your desired hardness.
