Sooper Water Mineral Pack

Sooper Water is the water mineral pack that I use for brewing coffee (not for espresso). It's something that I've tailored to my tastes over the years through trial and error and I'm very happy with it.

Instructions

1. Empty the mineral pack into a small container that is leak-proof when shook. I use a small mason jar for this. 
2. Fill the container with 150g room temperature distilled or deionized water. Close and shake. Let it sit over night.
3. Shake again and your solution is ready to use. To make one gallon of brewing water, you would dose 30g into 1 gallon of distilled or deionized water and ensure it is thoroughly mixed. It is important to make sure you use only distilled or deionized water. Reverse Osmosis may be used but the quality will significantly suffer.

Alternative: Dump into a 5 gallon water jug and fill with deionized or distilled water. Leave overnight and then shake.
