A very clean, crisp, delicate cup with dancing fruit notes alongside subtle honey sweetness.  Probably my favorite Burundi of the year.  

Recommended rest time from roast date: 3-4 weeks.

Curious as ever, Ash took a gentle sniff and then a careful sip from his special dog-friendly coffee cup. The warm, fruity flavors of the coffee were a delightful surprise.
