The Routine Comfort - Serene Guava Banana (very light roast)

Guava Banana

Region: Tolima, El Vergel Estate

Producer: Elias and Shadyu Bayter

Variety: Red and Yellow Caturra

Natural Process, 48-60 hour anaerobic fermentation

A polarizing bean, and I can see why. It's quite easy to over "funk" this, but I've managed to keep it clean and fun. Try this for something fun and interesting.

Notes of plum, guava, red fruits.

Recommended rest time from roast date: 5-6 weeks.

200g whole bean coffee
